Self Care Stalls Available or 7 Stall Barn Available for sale in Niagara Falls, Ontario

I own a 9 stall barn and need to rent out 7 of the stalls. I am willing to either rent out each stall individual for $125 a month for self care or I am willing to rent out the 7 stalls all together for $700 a month. The barn consists of a nice new heated tack room, and three paddocks- two with large run-ins. Great location, eight mins from Niagara Square Mall and owner is willing to help with some care if needed.
